About Your Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated sales professional that thrives in a short to mid-term sales cycle environment and helps KYKLO continue its success in North America. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Your role will be to:

  • Close sales and achieve a quarterly quota.
  • Expected Outcome: After ramp period, have 100% success quarter over quarter with sales target.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate new business interests.
  • Expected Outcome: Identify ten new leads per week through inbound leads and outbound cold calls.
  • Expected Outcome: Qualify ten new customers every month within his/her assigned sales territory.
  • Help mitigate churn of signed customers by continuing the qualifying process throughout the sales cycle.
  • Expected Outcome: 95% of signed customers are with KYKLO after 1 year.
  • Improve sales processes and KPIs.
  • Expected Outcome: Have zero customers stop using the KYKLO platform within the first six months.
  • Represent KYKLO at industry-related conferences and networking events.
  • Contribute with the leadership team for market strategies.

Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in outside sales
  • Preferably a background selling SaaS, B2B, or solution-based sales
  • A background in electrical, automation or industrial space is highly advantageous.
  • A proven track record of closing at least 12 deals or more per year.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • A confident and determined approach.
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
  • A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
  • Experience dealing with small to medium size organizations (100 people or less).
  • Able to travel as needed
  • 70% hunting, 30% farming.
