About the role

At KYKLO we believe that our customers are not strangers, they are our most valuable partners. Your role in customer success will be to

  • Lead a team of Technical Consultants based in Bangkok
  • Put in place the right processes and systems to ensure the success of our customer digital journey
  • Ensure that all required content and features are properly deployed into our customers’ online branch.
  • While gathering KYKLO customers’ feedback, you will work with the leadership and KYKLO solution team on our roadmap.

Drive and secure the successful deployment of KYKLO SOM platform: Expected Outcome: new customer’s online branch is live within our committed timeline. Expected Outcome: After 6 months, 90% of KYKLO Subscribers should be integrating or in the process of integrating their ERP system. Expected Outcome: Help identify, design, and deploy all features, and make sure they are adopted by all targeted KYKLO subscribers. Expected Outcome: with a fast-growing customers’ base, work closely with KYKLO COO on analyzing, designing/adjusting and implementing internal systems and processes to maintain or improve our existing customers’ service level.

Know our software and learn how to simplify it in a way that anyone can understand it, grasp it, and utilize it to the fullest. Expected Outcome: 100% of customers understand our software platform and its impacts/benefits for their business.

Skills and Experience

  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal. Perfect command in English. (e.g. TOEIC>850)
  • Ability to relocate to Thailand and work at our global technology mothership in downtown Bangkok, Thailand.
  • At least 5 years of project management, account management, or customer success experience. Has deployed and implemented key technology projects; internally or externally.
  • At least 3 years of managing a team and has the ability to manage all levels of the organization.
  • A strong ability to understand customer operations and needs; tailoring solutions and options to fit those needs and business operations.
  • Understanding of technical software (understanding of development languages).
  • Ability to work in a multi-national setting with other professionals from across the world, multiple religions, ages, women and men.
  • As a plus,
    • Has worked with SMEs
    • Has experience in B2B industry
    • Has worked in a consulting firm or in the internal consulting/auditing team of a large company.
    • Has worked in a SaaS or IT solutions company.
    • Has a high level of knowledge regarding B2B pricing
