About Your Role

We are looking for individuals that love to be collaborative between sales functions and marketing functions to take the role of Account Based Marketing Specialist. Your role will be to work with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute on strategies and tactics designed to target targeted accounts.

Your role will be to:

  • Help build, implement, and execute account-based marketing strategies/actions for key target accounts.
  • Build and maintain inside of the CRM system (Hubspot) account profiles, account maps, personas, contact information, etc.
  • Utilize identified messaging, collateral, channels, and materials to engage with target accounts.
  • Analyze, report, and communicate on all target account engagement and traction.
  • Convert a % of target accounts to active opportunities through a combination of sales and marketing tactics which make up the account-based marketing strategy.
  • Provide valuables information to sales and marketing by tracking insights and activities of target accounts.

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of overall experience in marketing or account sales.
  • 1+ years of demand generation, software, or B2B experience.
  • Experience with and proficiency in internal software programs (CRM, Project Management) and Excel.
  • An ability to create data driven insightful reports that tell a story.
  • Creative/Innovative mindset.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in startups or early-stage companies is a plus.
