About Your Role

We are looking for an Accounting – Finance specialist to support our Finance Director

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
  • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
  • Processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
  • Reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly/yearly closings
  • Preparation and submission of financial statements
  • General ad hoc accounting, tax advisory and analysis

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as accountant in a multinational company (US company is a plus)
  • Years of experience 3+
  • Certifications (CPA, ACA, CIMA) are a plus but not required
  • BSc/Ba in accounting, finance, or relevant field
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
  • Advanced MS Excel Skills
  • Excellent organizing abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Excellent understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices (US GAAP, IFRS, Thai GAAP)
  • Good understanding of Intercompany Transactions
