About Your Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated sales professional that thrives in a short to mid-term sales cycle environment, to help KYKLO continue its success in North America. The successful candidate will paly a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Your role will be to:

  • Close sales and achieve a quarterly quota.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate new business interests.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and match features and sell points to the personas, at prospects, and their pain points.
  • In collaboration with the executive leadership team and marketing team: continue to iterate the presentation, positioning, and offering of KYKLO to target prospects.
  • Understand and master the sales playbook.
  • Identify, maintain, and build relationships inside of prospective customers at all levels, along with key players inside the industry in order to turn them into supporters.
  • Improve sales processes and KPIs.
  • Represent KYKLO at industry-related conferences and networking events.

Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in outside sales
  • Preferably a background selling SaaS, B2B, or solution-based sales
  • A background or knowledge of manufacturing, or industrial space is highly advantageous.
  • A proven track record of closing 10+ deals per year.
  • Experience dealing with SME organizations.
  • Able to travel as needed. (Minimum 15%).
  • 70% hunter role. 30% farmer role.
  • An ability and desire to build, grow, and take on new challenges.
