Business Development Representative

About Your Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Business Development Representative that thrives in identifying business opportunities, communicating with people, and is looking to help KYKLO continue its success in North America. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Your role will be to:

  • Identify new sales targets and help build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Expected Outcome: Help build a pipeline of prospects that is 5x the yearly sales target.
  • Help qualify prospects through initial points of contact- emails, phone calls, demonstrations.
  • Expected Outcome: Have a qualified prospect pool 3x the yearly sales target
  • Help our team understand customer needs and business.
  • Expected Outcome: After six months, be able to identify customer needs and understand the customer business. Tailor presentations and demonstrations for better customer experience.
  • Along with guidance from Sr. Sales Manager and other leadership, help contribute to all sales and marketing activities while helping achieve YoY sales growth.
  • Expected Outcome: 100% of sales activities are entered and tagged properly into the CRM and opportunity management system.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an inside sales/customer service role
  • Technically savvy; a strong ability to learn new software tools
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, text, email)
  • A proven ability to build trust and relationships without meeting someone face to face
  • An ability to identify key decision-makers and influencers inside an organization
  • A background in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly advantageous
  • A background in SaaS companies or a technology provider is highly advantageous
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
  • A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
