About Your Role

We are looking for individuals that love to help build an organization. The role of Director of Strategic Partnerships/Channels will be build strong relationships and develop sales, strategy, and branding opportunities that align with company goals and objectives.

Your role will be to:

  • Identify, create, and manage partnership opportunities within the KYKLO ecosystem (manufacturers, industry associations, buying groups, system integrators, industry consultants.)
  • Maintain inside of the CRM system (Hubspot) account profiles, account maps, personas, contact information, etc.
  • Animate and grow current and future partnerships to strengthen the company return on investment (branding, sales opportunities, user adoption.)
  • Analyze, report, and communicate on all actions to leadership and organization.
  • Work with sales and marketing leaders to better formulate materials and collateral needed for successful partnership programs.
  • Successfully achieve targets such as: growing the amount of manufacturers as partners, growing the associations that KYKLO belongs to, growing a diversified base of SI partners.
  • Identify market trends, tools, and methodologies for continuous improvement and efficiency gains.

Skills and Experience

  • • 7+ years of experience in sales/marketing/outreach functions.
  • • 2+ years of experience in channel and/or partnerships.
  • • Experience with and proficiency in internal software programs (CRM, Project Management) and Excel.
  • • An ability to create data driven insightful reports that tell a story.
  • • Creative/Innovative mindset.
  • • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • • Excellent communication skills—an ability to build a relationship over the phone and in person.
  • • Experience in startups or early-stage companies is a plus.
  • • Proven track record of managing and hitting team goals while acting as an individual contributor.
