About Your Role

We are looking for an energetic and autonomously driven sales professional to join our team in the role of Enterprise Business Development Manager. In this role you will be responsible for 360-degree sales efforts while delivering on your sales target in collaboration with the sales, marketing, and executive leadership teams.

  • Close sales and achieve a quarterly quota.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate business interests.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and match features and sell points to the personas, at prospects, and their pain points.
  • In collaboration with the executive leadership team and marketing team: continue to iterate the presentation, positioning, and offering of KYKLO to target prospects.
  • Understand and master the sales playbook.
  • Identify, maintain, and build relationships inside of prospective customers at all levels, along with key players inside the industry in order to turn them into supporters.
  • Represent KYKLO at industry-related conferences and networking events.
  • Improves the sales process, the sales playbook, and KPIs.
  • Skills and Experience

    • At least ten years of overall sales experience.
    • At least three years in outside/field sales.
    • Successful track in B2B enterprise software sales.
    • Experience in developing cold outreach campaigns and strategies for enterprise sales.
    • A mastery of challenger sales, or other enterprise sales methodologies.
    • Experience with excel (Pivot-Table, VLOOKUP).
    • Experience with technical proofs, quotations, and contract negotiations.
    • A deep understanding of the full end-to-end journey of a customer from lead to successful customer.
    • Experience in account planning/mapping and navigating prospect engagements with multi-levels.
    • An ability and desire to build, grow, and take on new challenges.
