About Your Role

We are looking for individuals that love to find those people who will help build the future of the company. Your role will be to create job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews/assessments, manage employment offers, and help onboard employees to the organization.

Your role will be to:

  • Help build, implement, and execute a recruitment strategy.
  • Engage with line managers to define requirements of a role, scorecards, and job descriptions.
  • Source candidates via job boards, head hunting, and hiring events.
  • Conduct interviews and skill assessments utilizing interview methodologies.
  • Handle negotiations at time of employee offers.
  • Work with HR Admin Manager to onboard employees to KYKLO
  • Understand trends in the market around compensation, hard benefits, and soft benefits.
  • Work cross-collaboratively with other teams on workforce planning.
  • Participate with other members to maintain and build upon our Employer Branding.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of overall experience dealing with people (customers/clients/communications).
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment experience (in-house preferred).
  • 1+ years of recruiting for a start-up is highly advantageous.
  • An ability to create effective communication
  • Creative/Innovative mindset.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
