About Your Role

We are looking for an energetic and autonomously driven individual to join our sales team in the role of Sales Development Representative. In this role you will be responsible for building and driving the top of funnel sales activities to help fuel KYKLO’s growth.

Your role will be to:

  • In collaboration with the sales team and executive leadership; find, build, and qualify a list of leads for targeted industry verticals.
  • Research potential accounts (analyzing websites and prospect’s business for business opportunity).
  • Identify conversation opportunities by assessing a company’s current digital presence.
  • Identify key needs of a prospect by staying up to date on the industry and it’s trends.
  • Collaborate with sales team to optimize the sales cycle.
  • Participate in cold/warm outreach campaigns via phone, e-mail, and direct mail.
  • Build out account mapping for each prospect using excel and CRM software (Hubspot).
  • Help contribute to all sales and outbound marketing activities to achieve our YoY sales growth targets.

Skills and Experience

  • A willingness to learn and determination/attitude are the most important aspects.
  • Previous outbound sales experience is highly advantageous.
  • Experience with a CRM system is advantageous.
  • Experience in startups or early-stage companies is a plus.
  • Be able to engage with people, control conversations, and build relationships over the phone.
  • Extreme attention for detail.
  • Hunter not farmer.
