We do this by providing electrical distributors a content driven ecommerce platform to help drive their operational/sales efficiencies and sell online. About Your Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Human Resources Manager that thrives in autonomy and culturally diverse working environments. While the role itself has many areas that you will be responsible for, a core strength should come from recruitment as it will be one of the primary functions of the role as we need to find the perfect people to join our expanding family.
Your role as the HR Manager will include the following tasks and outcomes:
Mission: Obtain, onboard, and help retain top talents in a multi-cultural office setting. Assist leadership in animating culture while helping drive the expansion of the company.

About Your Role

We are looking for a dynamic financial professional who is ready to partake in an exciting adventure and join a great company with a great mission.
​ Your role will be to secure execution of key financial and compliance processes  including the following tasks and outcomes:

Direct and coordinate P&L for accuracy and business usability
  - Expected Outcome: All reports shall be drillable, with appropriate dimension for defined audiences and highly automated within 6 months of start Costs forecasting
- Expected Outcome: Within the first three months make sure that consolidated business plan is up to date twice a month with less than 5% cost cap vs. actual in accounting system
Optimize inter-entity contracts and pricing to comply with local regulations and maximize KYKLO profitability in relation to taxes
  - Expected Outcome: 0 corporate tax penalties
Forecast accurately and communicate appropriately with CEO the investor-required metrics
- Expected Outcome: deliver monthly investor metrics, within 2 months of start
Design, lead deployment and supervise the cash collection process across the company in collaboration with sales account managers
  - Expected Outcome: % overdue/sales < X%
Support the leadership in identification, due-diligence and setup of new country statutory entities
- Expected outcome: at least 1 successful entity setup within the first year of work
Select and coordinate third party audits for yearly accounts
  - Expected Outcome: Fully operational auditing of local account and group consolidated accounts put in place within 1 year of work
